This course is an awareness level course that briefly describes the importance of the Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) and the basic contents that should and should not be in your kit.  This is a lecture-based course only and does not satisfy any skills based medical requirements.

This course is intended for individuals with no previous medical background.
