Justin Romanello - Owner and Founder
Mr. Romanello has been involved with saving lives for nearly twenty years and has done such all over the world to include providing care to ill climbers from the clutches of Mt. Everest as well as those in harms way in the Middle East. He began his career working civilian emergency medical services in both rural and urban environments. He took part in various programs to include special operations, special events and training. Upon leaving the civilian world, an offer was accepted to be a Lead Operational Medical Instructor for the Department of State, within the Special Skills Branch of the Diplomatic Security Training Center. He and his team were responsible for the instruction of emergency medical procedures (TCCC) to those deploying to high threat locations worldwide as well as providing medical support various entities. While executing these duties he was tasked with deploying to both Kabul and Mazar E Sharif, Afghanistan. Seeing an opportunity to expand his knowledge, Mr. Romanello entered the private industry as a remote paramedic and subsequently served as Deputy Director of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for the private company providing medical services to the Department of State in the country of Iraq. As part of the Project Management Office he was directly responsible for the management of daily operations, training and oversight of the EMS program at multiple locations throughout the country and the medical oversight of all Diplomatic Security Worldwide Personal Protective Services contracted medics in Iraq. More recently, Mr. Romanello has served as a Senior Specialist and Training Officer in the private sector providing medical evacuation and security extraction worldwide. Working for an internationally known provider he has successfully been involved with thousands of missions and has multiple deployments to Africa, Asia, Europe, Central America and domestically within the continental Unite States.
He is a certified instructor in multiple disciplines and is recognized by FLETA as a Federal Law Enforcement Instructor. Throughout his career Mr. Romanello has taken courses through and been trained by the American Heart Association, National Association of EMT's, International Trauma Life Support, BSR Inc, Gryphon Group Security, National Outdoor Leadership School, Air and Surface Nurse Association, National Tactical Officers Association, National Fire Protection Association, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of State as well as other private and federal training programs. In addition he has participated in programs from Urban Shield and Johns Hopkins Hospital.
